Here is a view of what Oasis Valley looks like now. It is a really small town with only two two local stores and a farm that sells fresh fruits and vegatables.

Oasis Valley use a neighborhood created by Gethane at MTS2. She has a version on her website (I think) that allows for beaches. They one that I have doesn't but I might use a tutorial to change that in the near future.
Washington Loop houses the wealthiest families of Oasis Valley, the Crabtrees and the Schmidts.

Apple Common is a street that has small starter homes (all the houses are exactly the same unless refurbished by the resident sim) for sims. All these homes cost under 20,000

I really don't remember were I got this house but I believe that they are from MTS2.
Strawberry Way has homes in various price ranges currently two families stay in the area (Duffy and Vincent).

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Note: All the houses on Strawberry Way were downloaded from TSR. They are the Sears home series and I like them alot.
Banana Loop will eventually be mostly for farming families or single family households. It is a long street. Currently only one family resides on Banana Loop (the McDaniels)
I found this farm at TSR. I don't know if it is a pay object or not. I have a subscription to the site. If it is pay you might be able to find it at Booty.
Paris Lane houses some of Oasis Valley's poor family. The houses that are currently there are single family homes that start at 20,000
All the houses in this area will be the Katrina cottages created by Phaenoh from MTS2. I think that most of them are very nice homes for a poor, lower middle class neighborhood.
The business area of Oasis Valley currently only holds two stores (created by me) both owned by Oasis Valley residents. There is a detailed tour of Crabree Grocery of in the Business Bureau.
